This marraige will love by serving...

I met Shawn and Lacey this spring and we quickly became friends. The thing that struck me about Lacey is how gracious she is, and Shawn for how well he cares for her and loves her. The way they interact is so sweet, very caring and serving. And I only enjoyed them and their family and friends more as we spent more time together. I believe I understand a little bit more about love through you two.

This is the uptown little spot in Goshen where she got her hair done the morning of the wedding. Lacey and I actually met through her talented hair dresser and my friend, Bekah. Definitely check out the Shoo-be-doo in downtown Goshen if you are looking for a salon in that area! Her flowers.
Once again, it was not the sunniest or warmest of days, but they graciously agreed to go to a nearby park. This was one of our first shots.

Yes, we did the jump! I thought they did a marvelous job.
Having fun with a little chapel there at the park.
If you look close you can probably see raindrops coming down. But this was worth it!
My favorite part of the whole day was during the ceremony. They chose to wash each other's feet before the whole congretation as their first act of service as a married couple. The pastor prefaced it with, "This marraige will love by serving". It was a beautiful picture of Christ and His church and the selfless love that He gives.
Its probably not necessary to add remarks here, but this could have been the moment that tears started running down my cheeks.
My other favorite moment was walking into the reception and seeing this candy station. You never outgrow the candy store!
More reception details.
Congratulations Shawn and Lacey. And thank you.
